Dadar Phool Market, Mumbai

Dadar Phool (flower) Market is located in Dadar west, right outside the railway station. There are wholesalers as well as retailers selling the freshest and wide varieties of flowers. The wholesale market starts early in the morning and the local retailers come to get the fresh stocks of the day. The mornings are usually chaotic here. There is one more market where the wholesalers deals with large amount of orders but this one is more accessible and close by to railway station.

People like me visit here when there are some kind of functions or festivals to buy flowers and other accessories in bulk. The seasonal and in demand varieties can be seen here. I explored this place few days back and was shocked by the prices of bulk.

You guys remember that DIY Flower Crown I made and how I said I got the roses for super cheap, well, I bought it here for real super cheap. The bundle of roses I got here in Phool galli  was for 20rs, and the other flowers was for 10 rs a bundle. I mean, seriously!!!! In Borivali market  the same bundle is for 100 rs! In fact, a rose is sold for 20rs. You need to visit here whenever you want to buy flowers in bulk and at wholesale rates!
